Section 1. Duties and Authority

The Women of Faith shall be organized to include the women of the church fellowship to minister to the needs of the women and the church subject to the approval of the Board of Elders.

The Women of Faith shall be responsible for and supervise Bible studies, training sessions, seminars and workshops for the edification, nurture and admonition of the women consistent with the Principles of Government set forth in Article III and specifically Section 2.

The ministry shall consist of responsibility for arrangements at church suppers, picnics, receptions and other similar and special functions, decorations in the church building and assistance for landscaping.

Section 2. Officers

The Women of Faith shall choose from its membership: A President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer to serve for two year terms on a staggered basis. The Treasurer shall be accountable to the Church Treasurer for expenditures of budgeted church funds and be responsible For keeping record of offerings and expenditures by the Women of Faith. The President and Vice-President should be members of the church.

An Executive Committee shall consist of the elected officers, the immediate past-president, wife on the pastor and two members-at-large. The Executive Committee shall present future plans to the Women of Faith, evaluate past activities, and appoint or dissolve committees.

Section 3. Meetings

The Women of Faith shall meet once a month except when decided by the Executive Committee that meetings be postponed. An annual meeting will be held for the election of needed officers.
